Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened Returns

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any items.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
